Instructions for Speakers

Thank you for being a speaker!

Please bring your talk powerpoint or .pdf on a USB drive to the meeting and upload it to the presentation computer in the room where you will be speaking. 

Talks should be named in the format SESSION_Number_Lastname.  For example: “B01_05_Taylor.pptx”.

You can put your talk on the presentation computer at the start of the meeting or during one of the breaks. 

We can support only powerpoint or pdf formats.  

A student volunteer will be available in the room if you need assistance before or during your session.
